Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School’s on-campus student homes. Couples reside with a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and supervision of household routines and schedules. Responsibilities include administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and initially supporting various student homes with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent. Requires on-campus residency at Hershey, PA with relocation assistance and paid training provided; includes housing and meals on duty. Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; two-spouse, legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies.
