Job Summary
Dual-caregiver on-campus role for married couples to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a residential home, including medications, transport, activities, devotions, budgeting, and daily routines; nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
