Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to work as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and guidance for groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role over time.
