Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent role on a university-affiliated campus, residing in student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting. The position starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and transitions to a steady placement with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and acceptance of a smoke- and weapon-free campus; couples must apply individually to be considered.
