Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside on-campus to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role follows a nine-on, three-off duty schedule initially, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living in the same student home. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA, and offers comprehensive benefits and paid relocation training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse married couples role
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
