Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside on campus in student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from rotating duty to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being part of a legally married couple for at least two years (both spouses must be 27+). Offers relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a salary of $46,917 per person (~$180,000 total per couple) with on-campus housing and meals on duty.
