Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents: a two-person married couple who reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and development support for 8–13 students, including daily routines, medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions, and reporting on household operations. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition to a placed houseparent living arrangement. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse married
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older

- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
