Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School located in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA. The role is a two-person, married-couple position that provides care, guidance, supervision, and support to a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially working nine consecutive days on, followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Compensation is $46,917 per person annually, with total compensation for a couple around $180,000 including housing and benefits.
