Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-spouse, full-time Flex Houseparent positions on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA (and related placement in student homes) require married couples to reside in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, organizing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed houseparent assignment with the same student group.
