Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, supervising and supporting a group of 8–13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role. Required Qualifications
