Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes to provide supervision, mentorship, and day-to-day care for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial flexible assignments to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student home.
