Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Winchester, VA area, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their own home.
