Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role living in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
