Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) needed to reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, to supervise a group of 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role over time. Requires relocation, on-campus living, a high school diploma or GED, driver’s license with certification to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with limited alcohol.
