Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule initially follows nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
