Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent position where a married couple resides in on-campus student homes and provides supervision, mentorship, and comprehensive care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex to Placed Houseparent while maintaining a safe, smoke-free, weapon-free campus with restricted alcohol. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA with on-site housing and benefit package; candidates must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and able to meet driving and lifting requirements. Salary is $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 per couple) with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
