Job Summary
Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting for a group of 8–13 students; initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group in their own home; relocation to Hershey, PA; on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits included. Must be a legally married couple, both spouses age 27 or older, and have a high school diploma or GED.
