Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide care, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and lead developmental/recreational activities, conduct daily devotions and chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition to a Placed Houseparent with the same group of students. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
