Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-day-on, three-day-off schedule across multiple homes, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
