Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to live on-campus in Hershey, PA (relocation required). The role involves supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus home, managing daily routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, and handling budgeting and reporting. The position starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group in their own home. Benefits include salary per person (about $44,768) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
