Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Student Support Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; ability to lift 50 lbs; ability to lead devotional activities and attend Judeo-Christian chapel services (proselytizing prohibited). Two-person couple must complete individual applications for consideration. Locations include Hershey, PA; Eustis, ME; and US-wide remote/housing arrangements as applicable.
