Job Summary
Two-person, married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to live on campus and supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students, plan activities, lead daily devotions, oversee budgeting, and transition from on-duty nine-on/three-off shifts to a placed houseparent living in the student home. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required with relocation assistance provided. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and for both spouses to be at least 27 years old; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and complete individual employment applications. Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and ability to support Judeo-Christian chapel services is noted.
