Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles on an on-campus residence for 8–13 students, providing supervision, guidance, and care. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving to activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and coordinating activities. Initially eight consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years, age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided.

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
