Two-person, married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living in on-campus student homes and providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, activity planning, devotions, and oversight of routines for 8–13 students; nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent; relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married status
- Two spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in the home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
