Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. This two-person, married-couple position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
