Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (Student Support Caregivers) provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students in on-campus homes at Milton Hershey School. The role is a two-person, full-time position for legally married couples; initially supports multiple student homes with a nine-on/three-off schedule, then transitions to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and monitoring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
