Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role located on-campus in Newark, DE, transitioning to placed houseparent duties over time. Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and supervision of routines for 8–13 students in a home-like setting; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation to Hershey, PA as needed.
