Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA and Bishop, TX. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and lead development activities, meals, and daily devotions, and manage household routines with nine days on/three days off initially before transitioning to a placed Houseparent role. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married partnership for at least two years with both spouses aged 27+. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing meals on duty.
Required Qualifications

- Two-spouse collaboration required (two-person role)
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
