Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Married couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students; duties include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational events, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA and comprehensive benefits with relocation assistance. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be age 27+ and legally married for at least two years; two-person role with salary per person around $46,917, with total compensation approx. $180,000 per couple.”,
