Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and support. Responsibilities include managing daily routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and progresses to a placed houseparent living with the same student home.
