Job Summary
Provide daily supervision and mentorship in on-campus student homes for a group of 8–13 students; duties include supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Initially work a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, then transition to living and working with the same student group in their home; compensation per person is $44,768 annually with relocation support. Requires a two-person, married-couple placement with on-campus residence, full-time hours, and a strong commitment to student development and a faith-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for applications
- Valid U.S. driver's license or ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
