Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus in Saint Lawrence, NY while supervising and mentoring 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, and compensation is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple) along with comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, retirement, and paid time off.
