Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in Milton Hershey School student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Requires a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience working or volunteering with youth. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services
