Job Summary
Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, on-campus homes housing 8–13 students, provide supervision, mentorship, medications administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially following a nine-on/twelve-off duty pattern before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse couple must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
