Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship and daily care, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from initial multi-home assignments to a stable, same-home placement. The role requires strong youth experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. The position includes relocation assistance and paid training, with a total compensation around $180,000 per couple and $46,917 per person, plus housing, meals, and benefits.
