Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver (Full-time Flex Houseparents) provide care, supervision, and mentorship to 8–13 students in on-campus homes, with a two-person married-couple placement and a schedule of nine days on and three days off before transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and fostering a structured, family-like environment to support students' academic, emotional, and social development. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA with relocation assistance; candidates must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older.
