Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School on-campus in Hastings, NE, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, and engagement in developmental, recreational, and devotional activities for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, budgeting, driving students to activities, leading devotions and chapel, and transitioning from a rotating nine-on/three-off schedule to a fixed houseparent assignment. Requires a legally married couple aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
