Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two spouses) reside on campus in student homes and provide supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a rotating nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married two-year relationship for both spouses. Both spouses must complete individual applications. Prior experience with youth is preferred.
