Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students) and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, including daily supervision, routines, medication administration, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. They oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule initially, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Location is on-campus with relocation to Hershey, PA; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must complete individual applications and be legally married for at least two years, aged 27 or older.
