Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/two-off cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home. Requires a two-person married couple, both spouses 27+ years old, on-site housing, and relocation as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role model for students
- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
