Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (couples) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of ~8–13 students, including administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading development and recreational events, and supervising daily routines. The role progresses from initial placement with multiple homes to a fixed student-home assignment. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married couple of at least two years; relocation assistance is provided. Compensation per person is $44,768 annually, with comprehensive benefits and housing/meals included; training provided. The position emphasizes a structured, family-like environment and student-wellbeing within a smoke-free and weapon-free campus setting, with religious devotions and Chapel participation part of the routine.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married status for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license

- Willingness to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
