Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person role) live on-campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a home environment. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel services, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in a stable student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, with each spouse age 27 or older. Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to drive student transport vans; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
