Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and budgeting/household reporting; the role evolves from nine-on/three-off schedules to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)

- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Background and driving qualifications as required for transporting students
