Job Summary
Flex Houseparents: a two-person, full-time role for married couples residing on-campus to supervise and support 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning over time to a placed houseparent with a consistent student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and a commitment to a smoke- and alcohol-free campus. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; on-campus housing and meals included. Both spouses must apply individually and be at least 27 years old to be considered.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
