Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Fully on-campus, two-person Flex Houseparent role providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in a family-like, structured home setting. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-on/three-off duty to a fixed houseparent assignment. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience working with youth.
