Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Altamont, UT, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, coordinating routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off duty cycle and evolves into a placed houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required for the role, with on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits provided. Two-person married-couple requirement applies, with both spouses completing individual applications.
