Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role living on-campus in Whitesboro, TX, providing care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same students. Benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, PTO, and a salary of $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple when including housing and meals).
