Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples supervise 8–13 students in on-campus homes, provide mentorship and supervision, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. The role starts on a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple with housing and other benefits), relocation assistance, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement options, paid time off, and paid training. Qualifications include experience with youth, being a legally married two-person couple, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and adherence to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
