Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to live on campus and care for a group of ~8–13 students. A two-person married couple will provide daily supervision, mentorship, oversee household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and assist with budgeting and reporting. Position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle before transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to lead devotional activities in a faith-based campus setting.
Required Qualifications

- Two-year married couple minimum
- Spouses aged 27 or older
- Willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
