Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple homes, before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a single student home. Relocation assistance is provided.
